"We have been customers of the Kenya McCarty State Farm office for many years. Today I realized I had lost my insurance I.D. card, which expires in one day. Lori, the representative who assisted me, instantly sent me new cards online as well as mailing them. We are renting a car in another state tomorrow and had to have it for proof of insurance.
